About this vintage design furniture
Danish rosewood Sideboard designed by Ib Kofod Larsen, manufactured by Faarup Mobelfabrik. Designed 1966. Rosewood veneered with solid rosewood legs, mahogany drawer linings, green baize to the linings of the internal drawers. Early edition with solid brass hinges. Manufacturers foil label to the rear. In excellent original condition, retains the original finish.

About the designer
Svend Aage LARSEN
Svend Aage Larsen was a Danish designer who was born in 1925 and died in 2012. He studied carpentry and design at the Copenhagen School of Arts and Crafts in the 1940s, before working as a designer at Fritz Hansen, a world-renowned furniture manufacturer.
