About this vintage design furniture
Large arc floor lamp with marble stand designed by Harvey GUZZINI. From the 1960s. From Italy. Massive Carrara marble base holding a chromed bow, which ends in a white plastic lampshade with an aluminum edge. In the middle of the lampshade one E 27 bulb illuminates the floor and inside two more E 14 sockets illuminate the surroundings. Good original condition.

About the designer
Harvey GUZZINI
Harvey Guzzini (1929-1996) was an Italian designer best known for founding the "Harvey Guzzini" lighting company in 1958, with his brother Giulio Guzzini. Harvey Guzzini studied architecture in Rome before concentrating on industrial design.
