About this vintage design furniture
This first edition model Magneto lamp was designed by H. Fillekes for Artifort from 1954-1958. This lamp was produced for a short period and not many were made. This one is from the very first edition of which just a few were made. The lamp has a tripod foot and this foot is connected to a balance arm using a round shaped magnet, thus the name Magneto.
