About this vintage design furniture
70 cm Skyflyer pendant designed by Yki Nummi (Finland) for Stockmann-Orno in 1960. He designed a series of plexiglass lamps in the 50s and 60s. This design won many international awards. The shade is made of white acrylic and lamp hangs on three metal chains. It is also known by the Finnish title “Lokki” (seagull). Source: Indoor Lampen Catalogue and the 1000 lampen boek by Taschen.
