About this vintage design furniture
Dining chairs by designer Erik Kirkegaard for the Danish company Høng stolefabrik, 1956 model 49. Very comfortable with round back support which leads into short elbow rests. The chairs seating comfort is unrivaled by any chair as you have lumbar support, and elbow rest at just the right height. Seat height: 45 cm seat depth: 46 cm

Erik Kirkegaard (1925-1982) was a Danish designer known for his work on wooden and rattan furniture. He studied at the Royal Danish School of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and worked for several Danish furniture manufacturers.
