About this vintage design furniture
This low teak sideboard, model 'B40', was designed by Dieter Waeckerlin for Behr in a minimalist mid-century style. It features a visible wood grain, and large folding doors with hidden handle strips. The light interior contains a bar compartment with a pull-out storage basket and two adjustable shelves. The body sits on a black square section steel frame. Good vintage condition.

Dieter WAECKERLIN
1930 - 2013Dieter Waeckerlin was a German designer born in Nagold on December 23, 1926 and died in Zurich on May 11, 1972. He studied at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Stuttgart, where he worked under the renowned German designer Hans Gugelot.
