This table is a perfect example of mid-century modern design, combining aesthetic appeal with practical functionality, making it a cherished addition to any dining space. Circa 1960s is the rarer double-leaf rectangular dining table. Once the table is fully extended the table can comfortably seat eight to ten people. The table has a lovely simplistic minimalist design with wonderful teak grain and the darker teak used for the legs. A very solid heavy table, made to last. The table has been cleaned and rubbed back and then been refinished with oil and wax polish which has given a deep shine to the teak wood veneer. The dining table has been well looked after and has held up very well over the last 50 – 60 years and after refinishing it’s in stunning condition. There are no loose parts or any damage to the table. The dining table shows some small surface scratches but it’s very clean. A stunning rare model table from the mid-century. I would say that the condition is a very high 8 out of 10.
