Vintage art deco walnut plant stand, 1940

Vintage, Art Deco style plant stand / pedestal / side table / stand with shelves on Four Levels, circa 30/40s. It is made of wood with a walnut finish. The piece rests on four legs with a design typical of the period. Beautiful carved details on the wood edge. There are 4 shelves: The two top shelves measure 17 cm X 17 cm. The two side shelves measure 9 cm X 9 cm. The plant stand is in overall good original and vintage condition with some old marks and signs of previous use on the shelves, legs and stand (see photos) as well as a patina of age and wax on the general structure as can be excepted on a piece of this age ( see photos).It is solid and stable. Depending on your space and needs, the width shown can become the depth shown and vice versa, as it can be placed either way, which can be handy for a small space.
