About this vintage design furniture
Sofa produced by Maison Steiner, Paris, in the late 70s. Steinex foam structure resting on an ash frame. All in original brown ribbed wool, very good condition. The fabric and foam are supported by chrome banding, bringing elegance and structure to the ensemble. A timeless piece, combined with incredible comfort, which is not often the case with designer pieces. Sofa seat height: 38 cm. Ottoman dimensions: 80x60, height 40.

About the designer
Hugues STEINER
1926 - 1991Hugues Steiner was a French designer born in Mulhouse in 1933 and died in Paris in 2014. He studied at the Strasbourg School of Applied Arts, then worked as a graphic designer and art director in several advertising agencies in France and Switzerland.
