The armrests, made of solid teak, are in perfect condition and have a beautiful warm wood tone that harmonizes well with the black leather. The frame, made of brushed stainless steel, has a very attractive detail with the inlaid teak strips. The castors run smoothly. The chair can be adjusted in height using a rotating mechanism and has a rotating and tilting mechanism.
Sibast was one of Denmark's leading manufacturers of high-quality teak and rosewood seating and worked with the hottest designers. The Danish furniture architect Arne Vodder created several popular designs for Sibast and worked closely with his teacher and friend Finn Juhl.
