About this vintage design furniture
An elegant FK 6725 Bird chair with a high backrest in very good condition. The taupe-colored leather of the chair shows hardly any signs of wear and has a charming patina on the armrests. The typical three-legged frame, which characterizes the lines of this chair and makes it unmistakable, shows signs of wear appropriate to its age. The chair is rotatable and rotates smoothly. These chairs are used as office chairs or dining room chairs.
This Kill version is the older original version designed by Kastholm and Fabricius for Alfred Kill International. These chairs were continued to be produced by Knoll in a later version. The designer duo Jorgen Kastholm and Preben Fabricius designed these chairs in the style of functionally aesthetic Scandinavian design in the 1960s and created an absolute design icon.
