Pair of vintage Ph 5 pendant lamps by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen, Denmark

The PH 5 lamp is an icon of Danish design that has gained immense popularity worldwide. The PH 5 was designed by the famous designer and architect Poul Henningsen in 1958 and is still manufactured by Louis Poulsen today. The lamp's shape was designed around the principle of a reflective system, which directs light not only downwards, but also sideways, while illuminating the lamp itself. Thanks to its structure, the PH 5 gives off a diffused, glare-free light in a warm tone. This is a recently released mini edition. The lamps are smaller than the original. Dimensions are smaller than the original: diameter: 30cm height: 17cm The lamps are in perfect condition. The original cable is approx. 70cm long. Possibility of replacing it with a longer cable.
