About this vintage design furniture
This five-light chandelier was designed and produced by Ercole Barovier in the 1940s, it is made of Murano glass and brass.
Completely cleaned, polished and with a new electrical system, ready to furnish your home.
The Barovier artistic glassworks has existed since the mid-13th century and is therefore the sixth oldest family business in the world, still in business. In 1926 Ercole Barovier, Benvenuto's son, took over the artistic direction of the company, which in 1936 merged with the F.lli Toso glassworks, taking on the current name of Barovier and Toso. Ercole invented the new hot coloring technique without melting the glass.
