About this vintage design furniture
Stunning mid century modern light blue glass bowl designed by Per Lütken for Holmegaard (Denmark, 1960s). Beautiful Scandinavian minimalist design. The bowl is very decorative. Diameter: 21 cm; height: 12 cm. Fully signed at the bottom: “Holmegaard”, Per Lutken's monogram signature (a stylized 'PL') and numbered (18504) - see last picture.
Excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks, only very minimal wear with minor scratches consistent with age and use.

About the designer
Per LÜTKEN
Per Lütken was a Danish glass designer born on March 17, 1916 in Copenhagen and died on July 19, 1998 in Holte, Denmark. He is best known for his work as senior designer at Holmegaard, a Danish glass company, from 1942 until his death.
