He studied at the School of Decorative Arts. He worked as a draughtsman before he became responsible for the interior design department of the Raymond Loewy's agency. Then, he founded his own agency in the prestigious Faubourg St Honoré Street in Paris. He taught at the School of Arts Déco, he was also one of the founders of 4 workshops at the International City of Arts.
