Delivery via specialized shippers
An original vintage furniture is a unique and irreplaceable object. Therefore we pay special attention to the delivery of your order, working with specialized shippers and movers.
If you order a brand new product, they are generally supplied in their original packaging, well protected. They will be delivered to you by post or specialized shipper depending on the size and nature of the products.
In all cases, the bulky items are delivered to you after making an appointment by phone.
Shipping delay
The delivery of your order takes place within 1 to 6 weeks after payment (2 to 3 weeks on average in Continental Europe), depending on your delivery address and the nature of the items ordered.
For example, small items that can be shipped by parcel (accessories, lighting, etc.) will be delivered to you by postal service (DHL, UPS, etc.) in just a few days worldwide! For bulky items, your order will be delivered between 2 to 6 weeks (2 to 3 weeks is the average shipping delay in Europe) with specialized shippers or movers.

In-home delivery and installation
All orders are delivered in front of your building, by default.
However, for some items, Design Market offers you an option for in home delivery and installation. If this option is availbale during your order and you select it, our shipping partner will be able to deliver your furniture inside your home and even install it.

The items you ordered do not exactly meet your expectations? No problem.
At Design Market you have 14 days after delivery to cancel your order and obtain a refund of your purchase (retraction available only for orders delivered in a European Community country).
As a preventive measure, we invite you to examine in detail the content of your delivery in the presence of the deliverer, and to express your reservations on the delivery slip or directly with the shipper within 48 hours if necessary.

Return of small items
If you want to withdraw following the purchase of a small items that has been delivered to you in a parcel, you will be responsible for returning the parcel by your own means. Our customer service will give you the return address. Upon receipt of your shipment and verification of the returned items, you will be fully refunded for your order. Simple, isn’t it!
Return of bulky items
For the return of bulky items, we will assist you by organizing the return ourselves! We will ask a specialized shipper to pick up the item at your address. Please note that in this case, the return shipping costs still remain at your expense and will be equal to the initial shipping costs. Once the item is collected and delivered to us, you will be refunded the amount of your order, on which we will deduct the return shipping costs.
