Delivery via specialized shippers
An original vintage furniture is a unique and irreplaceable object. Therefore we pay special attention to the delivery of your order, working with specialized shippers, selected according to the type of products to be delivered.
The delivery of your order takes place within 1 to 6 weeks (2 to 3 weeks on average in Continental Europe), depending on your delivery address and the nature of the items ordered.
For example, for small items that can be shipped by parcel (accessories, lighting, etc.), you can be delivered in a few days anywhere in Europe!
We can deliver worldwide with a few exceptions! In particular, for a delivery on an island and in the following areas, additional fees will be charged:

Delivery of small items
The delivery of small items is made in parcels, by postal service, depending on the country of delivery (non-exhaustive list):
In case of absence, a delivery slip will be left in your mailbox. You can pick up your parcel at the designated post office.
Delivery of bulky items
The delivery of bulky items is made via specialized shippers (in a wooden box or under blanket).
By default, your order will be delivered to you on the ground floor, on the sidewalk. We invite you to foresee the assistance of one or more people if necessary to transport the item inside your home.
You can also choose our "in home" delivery service, when it is available.
In-home delivery and installation
For some items, Design Market offers you an "in-home” delivery option and an option to install the items. If you select one of these options, our delivery people will be able to deliver your furniture inside your home and even install it.

The items you ordered do not exactly meet your expectations? No problem.
At Design Market you have 14 days after delivery to cancel your order and obtain a refund of your purchase (retraction available only for orders delivered in a European Community country).
As a preventive measure, we invite you to examine in detail the content of your delivery in the presence of the deliverer, and to express your reservations on the delivery slip or directly with the shipper within 48 hours if necessary.

Return of small items
If you want to withdraw following the purchase of a small items that has been delivered to you in a parcel, you will be responsible for returning the parcel by your own means. Our customer service will give you the return address.
Upon receipt of your shipment and verification of the returned items, you will be fully refunded for your order. Simple, isn’t it!
Return of bulky items
For the return of large products, we will assist you by organizing the return ourselves! We will ask a specialized shipper to pick up the item at your address. Please note that in this case, the return shipping costs will be at your expense and equal to the initial shipping costs.
Once the item is collected and delivered to us, you will be refunded the amount of your order, on which we will deduct the return shipping costs.
