Very rare model serving trolley by Paul Nagel for JIE Gantofta, Sweden. Black steel retractable frame with very nice shaped teak wooden grips, 2 teak serving trays, brass wheels. 1960’s. In very good condition.

About the designer
Erwin NAGEL
Erwin Nagel (1889-1948) was a German industrial designer who marked his era with his innovative work in the field of typewriters. He began his career in the 1910s as a designer for the Olympia company, where he worked on portable typewriters. It was here that he developed his three-dimensional design technique, which gave rise to many remarkable models.
