About this vintage design furniture
The Pernilla lounge chair was designed in 1944 by the Swedish architect and designer Bruno Mathsson. This model ’Pernilla’ has a seatframe of solid birch, armrests and underframe of laminated beech. It is covered in plaited linen webbing and is equipped with a canvas pillow. The chair is in a good condition, the upholstery of the pillow is discoloured and the webbing has signs of age and use.
