About this vintage design furniture

This sideboard was designed and manufactured in Italy by Umberto Mascagni, during the 1950s. It features three doors behind which are concealed three drawers and two storage spaces. The sideboard is covered with vinyl and sits on black tapering legs with brass feet. The interior is lined in faux leather and the doors have a mirror inside. It is in original and good condition.

Umberto MASCAGNI

Umberto Mascagni is an Italian designer born in 1948 in Viareggio, Tuscany. He graduated from the Florence Academy of Fine Arts in 1972, where he studied sculpture and painting. After graduating, he worked as an industrial designer for several Italian companies.
