About this vintage design furniture
Set of 3 "Bolides" appliques, by designer Hermian Sneyders De Vogel, for Raak Amsterdam, in 1971. the entire applique is made of white lacquered steel, in very good condition. The electrification is verified, original ceramic socket with period label. The applicator is an iconic model of the Raak house, and 70 fixtures. It decorates the wall by segmenting the light through the palms.

Herman SNEYDERS DE VOGEL
Herman Sneyders de Vogel (1899-1976) was a Belgian artist born in Antwerp. He studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp and began his artistic career in the 1920s as an avant-garde painter.
