About this vintage design furniture

Classic bookcase from the 60s70s. Beautiful straight line designed by a leading Danish designer Erik Jensen. Veneered with teak. Boards height adjustable. Shelf in good condition with visible signs of wear (small scratches visible). Dimensions: height 126.5 cm width 87 cm depth 30.5 cm

About the designer

Niels Erik GLASDAM JENSEN

Niels Erik Jensen (1918-2006) was a Danish industrial designer best known for his work with the renowned design company Georg Jensen. Jensen studied sculpture at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts before joining Georg Jensen in 1945. He worked for the company for over 50 years, creating numerous designs for products ranging from cutlery and tableware to jewelry and watches.
