Rare black white wall lamp designed by N.J. Hiemstra for Hiemstra Evolux in the 1960s. This wall lamp gives very nice light when lit. Considering its age still in good condition, some normale traces of usage and wear (see photo’s). Material: iron and plastic. Source: catalogue Hiemstra Evolux.

About the designer
Niek Hiemstra
Niek Hiemstra is a Dutch designer born in 1960. He studied product design at the Groningen Academy of Fine Arts in the Netherlands, graduating in 1984. After working for a few years as a freelance designer, Hiemstra joined the Gispen product design company in 1988.
