About this vintage design furniture
Freestanding shelf with cabinet below in teak and ebonized wood, designed by Bertil Fridhagen in the 1950s. It can stand against a wall and its attractive teak back enables it to stand as a room divider if required. The ebonized supports are finished with brass details. Very good vintage condition with minimal signs of age and use.

Bertil FRIDHAGEN
Bertil FRIDHAGEN was a Swedish industrial designer who was born in 1933 and died in 2003. He studied at the Stockholm School of Arts and Crafts and began his career in the 1950s working for various Swedish companies.
