Vintage three-seater sofa designed by Danish designers Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen for France & Son. The organic clear lines, de combination of teak and chrome make this Minerva design one of the most popular sofa’s from the mid-century modern era. The sofa features the original cushions which we re-upholstered in a high quality navy blue fabric.

About the designer
Peter HVIDT & Orla MOLGAARD NIELSEN
Hvidt & Mølgaard Nielsen is a mid-20th-century Danish design duo consisting of Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard Nielsen. Peter Hvidt was born in Copenhagen in 1916 and studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts before working as a designer for various companies. Orla Mølgaard Nielsen was born in Copenhagen in 1907 and also studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, before working as an architect and designer.
