About this vintage design furniture
A unique fruit bowl in highly recognizable Mathieu Matégot design. The piece is made of black lacquered metal. It has tubular metal legs, bent in very appealing triangle shapes for extra stability. The bow itself has a smooth ring, surrounding the perforated bowl. These perforations are iconic for Matégot’s style. It remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
