About this vintage design furniture
This rare and impressive vintage table lamp was hand blown in one piece. It is a design by Sidse Werner in the 80s and was produced by Holmegaard Glassworks. The Phoenix model was made in two versions of which this is the largest version. The white, opaline glass gives a very nice and warm light. The lamp is labelled at the bottom and in a very good condition.

About the designer
Sidse WERNER
Werner (Sidse) Frederiksen was a Danish industrial and graphic designer who was born in 1918 and died in 1991. He is best known for his work in the 1950s and 1960s, when he helped shape the aesthetics of modern Danish design.
