About this vintage design furniture
Suspension Manta designed by Franco Bresciani in 1974 and produced by Harveiluce Iguzzini until 1980 in opaque white plastic type ABS with patterned concentric circles. Original cable pullers and bead-strap; editor's label on the upper side. Excellent diametre condition: 58 cms.

About the designer
Franco BRESCIANI
Franco Bresciani is an Italian industrial designer born in Milan in 1948. He studied at Milan Polytechnic, graduating in architecture in 1973. After working for Italian design companies such as Brionvega and Zanotta, he founded his own design studio in 1981. Since then, he has worked with many international brands, including Artemide, Flos, Yamaha, Sharp, Sanyo and Hitachi.
