Vittorio DASSI

He began his career working for his father's furniture company, Dassi Mobili, before founding his own design firm in 1947.

Dassi's furniture is characterized by its clean, functional style, combining modern materials such as steel, glass and brass with precious woods. His creations have been presented at numerous design exhibitions, including the Milan Triennale.

Dassi has collaborated with renowned architects and designers such as Gio Ponti, Osvaldo Borsani and Carlo De Carli. Together, they created iconic pieces such as the "Leggera" chair and the "Safari" table.

Although Dassi is less well known than some of his contemporaries, he has left a lasting imprint on the world of modern furniture design. Today, his creations are highly sought-after by collectors and design enthusiasts alike.
