About this vintage design furniture

Sideboard from the 1960s that has a corpus in teak veneer, two sliding doors, four solid wood drawers, two shelves and new time-typical hairpin legs in black. Made in Sweden by the designer Nils Jonsson and the manufacturer Troeds (branding on the corpus).

About the designer

Nils JONSSON

Nils Jonsson was a Swedish designer who was born in 1927 and died in 2017. He began his career working for a Swedish furniture manufacturer in the 1950s, where he designed solid wood furniture with clean, modern lines. He then founded his own company, Nils Jonsson Möbelfabrik, in 1958, which became famous for its high-end teak furniture.
