Very rare and elegant Italian Medea Sofa, Designed by Vittorio Nobili for Fratelli Tagliabue in ’55. Molded teak wood seat, supported by black steel legs. A perfect representation of the organic modern style. The natural beauty of the wood grain is accentuated by its sculpted plywood form. The Medea series won the Compasso D’Oro in ’56. An iconic piece of Mid Century design and highly collectible.
