About this vintage design furniture
Floor lamp in wrought gilded iron with the gold leaf. It has been designed by Robert and Roger Thibier and is from the 60's. Typical neoclassical design of the Thibier brothers. The base in wrought iron gilded with gold leaf must weigh about 15kg.

About the designer
Robert THIBIER
Robert Thibier was a French designer and decorator who was born in La Rochelle in 1932 and died in Paris in 2008. He began his career in the 1950s, working for the famous designer Pierre Paulin. He then opened his own design and decoration studio in 1960.
