About this vintage design furniture
A rare chandelier, stalactite pattern, designed in the 1960-1969 period by Finnish designer Nanny Still McKinney for Raak Amsterdam. The beautiful teardrop shape is reminiscent of a stalactite. The lights are suspended with black cables on an original metal ceiling plate and are adjustable in height. Height glass bowl 25 cm, width bowl 11 cm. In original condition.

About the designer
Nanny STILL
Nanny Still was a Finnish designer born in 1926 and died in 2009. She studied at the Central School of Arts and Crafts in Helsinki and began her career in the 1940s working for the famous Finnish glass company Riihimäen Lasi.
