Eight chairs produced in the 1950s by Cassina designed by Gio Ponti. Black painted solid wood frame. Padded and lined seat in new pink velvet fabric. Good general condition, completely restored. Dimensions: Length 43 cm - Depth 43 cm - Height 83 cm - Seat height 46 cm

About the designer
Gio PONTI
1891 - 1979Gio Ponti (1891-1979) was an Italian designer, architect, writer and teacher, considered one of the most influential designers of 20th-century Italy. Born in Milan, he studied architecture at Milan Polytechnic University and began working as an architect in 1921.
