About this vintage design furniture
Vintage Scandinavian teak sideboard by Sven Aage Larsen for Faarup Mobelfabrik. The quality of the wood is superb, very beautiful vein and color. The back of the furniture is finished with a wood veneer with a very pretty vein and the furniture can be used as a piece separating furniture. It is in excellent condition, some small imperfections normal for its age.

About the designer
Svend Aage LARSEN
Svend Aage Larsen was a Danish designer who was born in 1925 and died in 2012. He studied carpentry and design at the Copenhagen School of Arts and Crafts in the 1940s, before working as a designer at Fritz Hansen, a world-renowned furniture manufacturer.
