Outstanding slate bench from Cite Cansado, Mauritania, designed by Charlotte Perriand, circa 1958.The bench is made from beautiful quality oak on a black metal base. Editioned by Galerie Steph Simon, Paris. Provenance: Cite´ Cansado, Mauritania. In very good condition, with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
