About this vintage design furniture
Vintage night stand of the range "Bow Wood" published by Steiner, French manufacturing from the 1950s. Two triangular plates in ash based on three curved feet. The top is lacquered in color Red Raspberry. Nice condition, varnish well preserved, traces and scratches from use, color of the patina set. To note: a small gap between the junction of the lower plate and the foot.

About the designer
Hugues STEINER
1926 - 1991Hugues Steiner was a French designer born in Mulhouse in 1933 and died in Paris in 2014. He studied at the Strasbourg School of Applied Arts, then worked as a graphic designer and art director in several advertising agencies in France and Switzerland.
