About this vintage design furniture
Pair of Scandinavian chairs in chromed metal and very dark brown leather, by Elsa and Nordahl Solheim for Rykken Editor, Norway 1973. These chairs were recently covered with a grained leather of great quality, the backdrops have been redone with a leather saddle on the front edge finish.

Elsa & Nordahl SOLHEIM
Elsa Solheim and Nordahl Solheim are two Norwegian designers who worked together under the name Solheim Design Studio. Elsa Solheim was born in 1922 and died in 2012, while Nordahl Solheim was born in 1919 and died in 2014.
