About this vintage design furniture
A pair of Tatra armchairs (model No. 24-23) made in 1960’s with their stand out expressive bentwood armrests. The design of the wooden parts was very progressive and technically followed the tradition of the bentwood technology introduced by Thonet. Frantisek Jirak, the designer of these chairs was one of the most important figures of the Czech Mid 20th century furniture design.
