About this vintage design furniture
"Quilt" wall or ceiling lamp, designed by Toni Zuccheri for Venini in the ’70s, with enamelled metal base and clear Murano glass diffuser with an amber band. In good condition, part of the base has been repainted, but is hidden by the glass. The brass discs for fixing the glass have their patina, but on request they can be polished.

About the designer
Toni ZUCCHERI
Aldo Zuccheri was an Italian designer who was born in Milan in 1928 and died in 2009. He is best known for his work in the 1960s for the famous Italian glass brand Venini, where he created many innovative, sculptural glass objects that were shown at international exhibitions.
