About this vintage design furniture
A large and ornate early 20th century French gilded and carved wood sunburst with a convex mirror, featuring a beautiful carved and highly decorative wood polychrome Barbola wreath of flowers – a trend in the 1920s. Old gold colour, fabulous patina and in lovely original condition, with some small gilt and gesso losses as to be expected for its age. Wreath is 45cm, convex mirror 24cm.
