Set of 4 solid teak dining chairs by Louis van Teeffelen for WéBé The Netherlands, 1950s This model is also called "scissors"or "pelican". Skai leatherette upholstery in a very good condition. Good vintage condition, stable and very comfortable. The teak is in a perfect condition. Seat height: 47cm.

About the designer
Louis VAN TEEFFELEN
Wim Rietveld Van Teeffelen, better known as Louis van Teeffelen, was a Dutch designer who was born in 1921 and died in 1972. He studied at the Rotterdam Academy of Fine Arts and began his career as a furniture designer in the 1950s.
