"Diamond" model ceiling light by Aloys Gangkofner for Erco edition from the 1970s. Transparent plastic ceiling light, imitation crystal glass cut into a diamond shape. Good condition. Ideal for a chic vintage decoration in a living room or an entrance. Very good condition. Dual armatures.

About the designer

Alois Ferdinand GANGKOFNER

Alois Ferdinand Gangkofner (1920-2003) was a German designer and master glassmaker. Born in Bavaria, Gangkofner studied at the Zwiesel glass school and then worked as an assistant in several glass studios in Germany. In 1949, he became artistic director of the glass company Peill & Putzler in Düren, where he created many modern and innovative glass pieces.
