Horst BRUNING

Bruning worked for several renowned German companies such as Braun, Siemens, and Rosenthal, creating products ranging from electronics to furniture and tableware. He was known for his clean, functional and minimalist style, which influenced German design in the 1960s and 1970s.

In addition to his work as an industrial designer, Bruning also taught at Berlin University of the Arts from 1974 to 1999. He has received numerous awards for his work, including the German Design Prize in 1968 and the Red Dot Award in 1999. Today, his creations are exhibited in design museums around the world.
