About this vintage design furniture
Comfortable Kroken leather armchair with matching foldable footstool designed by Ake Fribytter in the 1970s. They are made of wood with soft, rust-brown leather. The armchair features an adjustable and removable headboard. The item is in good vintage condition with minor defects consistent with its age (please, see photos). Footstool : 50 x 53 x 70 cm, Seat height : 38 cm (both items).

About the designer
Ake FRIBYTER
Åke Fribyter was a Swedish designer born on December 8, 1917 and died on December 3, 1999. He studied at the Stockholm School of Industrial Arts and began his career working for the Swedish furniture company NK, where he designed modern, functional furniture.
