About this vintage design furniture
This is a classic pendant light by Carl Thore for Granhaga. Sweden late 1960s. Deep orange lacquered aluminium with a golden reflector ring. Some scratches but no dents. Apart from this it’s in good condition with intact plastic bottom grid. The inside of the top of the pendant has some paint coming off, as seen in the last image. This is not seen when the light is hung.

Carl THORE was a Swedish designer born in 1917 and died in 2007. He is best known for his glass lighting designs, notably for Flygsfors Glasbruk, for whom he worked from 1947 to 1959.
