About this vintage design furniture
This pair of vintage lounge chairs was designed by José Espinho for Tivoli Hotel and manufactured by Olaio, in the Portugal during the 1960s. The chairs feature a sucupira wood structure that was fully restored and were reupholstered in a new grey fabric. They are in a very good condition.

About the designer
José ESPINHO
José Espinho was a Portuguese designer born in 1926 and died in 1979. He studied at the Higher School of Fine Arts in Porto and began his career working as an industrial designer for the Vista Alegre Atlantis company, which specialized in porcelain production.
