About this vintage design furniture
Rare set of 12 dining chairs with frame in oak and backrest in teak designed by Niels Koppel around 1955 for Slagelse Møbelfabrik. The chairs feature Niels Koppels organic shapes and large backrests that ensure a comfortable chair with it´s own personality. The chairs are in excellent condition and will be reupholstered with fabric of your choice from "kvadrat".

About the designer
Henning KOPPEL
Henning Koppel (1918-1981) was a Danish designer best known for his work for the famous Danish brand Georg Jensen. Born in Copenhagen, Koppel studied sculpture at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts before turning to design.
