About this vintage design furniture
Highly recognizable lamp designed by Francois Chatain, made in France around 1970. This rare piece is made from high quality ceramics, shaped like piled up rocks and pebbles, which is the unique style of Chatain. The high quality fabric hood allows the piece to emit a very warm light. In good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.

About the designer
François CHATAIN
François Chatain is a French lamp designer born in Paris in 1983. After studying industrial design at the École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle (ENSCI) in Paris, he began his career as a freelance designer in 2007.
