About this vintage design furniture

Designed in 1953. For the first time, Friso Kramer used the U-shaped steel profiles instead of the bent round pipes popular at that time. The legendary chair called a "revolution in polder" was printed even on post stamps. It was also a subject of a scientific symposium in the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, where the chair is displayed as part of its permanent collection.
